Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Dispatch time: Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Delivery method: Orders are sent via a tracked courier or 48 Tracked Royal Mail service.

Delivery area: We currently deliver within the UK only.

Free delivery on orders over £13.50 (minimum 3 jars)
- 1 - 3 jars £3.55 delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Items
We take great care when packing our products, but occasionally damage can occur in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
