  • We are unable to process payment

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and location. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been dispatched.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are faulty or damaged. If goods arrive damaged, please contact us with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
