Reet Yorkshire Pasta Sauce with Chilli Jam
Bringing together a few of our favourites, this recipe is all about big flavour with minimal fuss. Using our rich Reet Yorkshire Pasta Sauce, a touch of sweet heat from our Chilli Jam, and quality Yorkshire Pasta, it’s a simple dish that feels a little bit special. Perfect for an easy midweek meal or something a bit different to share, it’s a great way to enjoy proper Yorkshire flavour at home.
Ingredients
1 500g Jar of Reet Yorkshire Pasta Sauce
500g Chicken Breast
1 bag of Yorkshire Pasta
2 tbsps Reet Yorkshire Chill Jam
5/6 Mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Fry the chicken in a little oil, until cooked through
- Cook the Yorkshire Pasta as instructed on the packet
- Add mushrooms to chicken and cook for 3/4 minutes
- Add the whole jar of Pasta Sauce and 2 tbsps Chilli Jam (you can add more to taste)
- Cook for a further 5/10 minutes until heated through
- Add the cooked pasta and stir though
- Serve with parmesan cheese and garlic bread
- Any leftovers can be frozen
